When you present your staged home to buyers, they are able to see the house itself, and thereby visualize the fully furnished and decorated space as their home, not yours! This buyer's vision leads to a premium sale price because they already see the house as a space they can make their own, and will make a strong offer to make it so! Buyers make higher offers more quickly on staged homes...  According to the Wall Street Journal, staging can increase the selling price of a home up to 10%.

What is involved in staging your home?

We offer several options for your staging needs.

With option one, we will begin by completing a thorough written evaluation of your home, from the curb, through each room in the house, and out through the back yard. This evaluation will take approximately two hours, and the fee for the written evaluation and recommendation checklist is $100.00.  This checklist will give the do-it-yourselfer the opportunity to have an expert's eye prioritize projects for them.

Option two puts us right to work on de-cluttering, de-personalizing, pre-packing your edited possessions, and redesigning your home to make it more market-ready. We can tackle several rooms or the entire house, and fees are hourly.

With option three, we can re-paint those areas of your home that most need a fresh new look, and then proceed with all the steps in option two. All services are available as our schedule permits.
