is involved in staging your home? Tod will begin by completing a thorough written evaluation of your home, from the curb, through each room in the house, and out through the back yard. This evaluation will take approximately two hours, and the fee for the written evaluation and recommendation checklist is $125.00. If you would then like Tod to work on de-cluttering, de-personalizing and redesigning your home to make it more market-ready, those services can be contracted on a room-by-room basis, at his standard hourly rate. Painting services are available as well, as his schedule permits.
